YOUR ROLE

• Product development for tiling category: cement base tile adhesives, grouts and hydroisolations
• Market research and investigation
• Cooperation with raw materials suppliers
• Support for technical and sales department
• Participation in and lead of international development projects

YOUR SKILLS

• Master degree in chemical science
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in cement base products: tilie adhesive, grouts and hydroisolations
• Knowledge of tile adhesive and grouts market
• Proficient in relevant test methodology
• Experience with tiling products applications
• Good knowledge of English and Polish
• Good project management
• Very good communication skills
• High scientific, problem solving skills
• Self-motivation, result-orientation and curiosity
• Analytical approach, creativity and a scientific mindset
• Driver’s license
